Policy for Development and Participation with Communities and Society

The Company recognizes the importance of developing and engaging with communities and society especially our staffs. This is an important resource to drive the business to achieve goals and lead the organization for sustainability growth along with continuous care and development of society and communities for promoting in participation to improve the quality of life by establishing policy and social practice guidelines as follows:

  1. Operate the business in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance, respect human rights and treat employees fairly
  2. Strengthen and develop employees in the organization to be knowledgeable and competent. This will lead to the development of innovative sales and service models to support the growth of the Company as well as overseeing compensation and welfare to an appropriate level along with comparative analysis of businesses in the same industry and organize the organization within the framework as prescribed by laws
  3. Consider the requirements of the community and society, and encourage employees to participate through various activities to create opportunities for access to technology information and improve the quality of life of the community
  4. Promoting the knowledge in electronic forms and installation of systems for accessing information technology in remote areas, etc.
  5. Build a good relationship with the organization both public and private as well as community leaders at various levels including all groups of stakeholders for promoting good relationships and cooperate in sustainable and concrete community development

Stakeholders Analysis in Business Value Chain

The Company has a supply chain management plan that uses the information from the input of all stakeholder engagements by evaluating the expectations of stakeholders through the process of hearing opinions, satisfaction survey, meetings together or other participation channels in order to know the impact and issues related to the Company and stakeholders in both of positive and negative for setting metrics for continuous monitoring of performance to have a good management system, having transparent and accountability process and responsibility to all stakeholders.

Safety, Occupational Health and Working Environment

The Company continually develops and improves the efficiency of safety in our operations for reducing the risks of illness, injury or death and take care of the quality of life of our employees appropriately. In 2021 and in the first half of 2022, the Company did not find any cases of injury from workings or taking time off.

Customers

The Company continuously develops our products and services to meet customers satisfaction with responsibility, honesty and ethics. In 2021, the Company received 91% customers satisfaction.

Community and society

The Company operates its business with responsibility to community and society to emphasize on reducing environmental impacts and avoiding operations that may have a negative impact on the quality of life of the community and society. In the past years, the Company did not find any complaints from the community on social or environmental issues. In addition, the Company also participates in improving the quality of life and promoting participation with the community.

  • Procurement is a function to responsible for purchasing, procuring and providing qualified working tools with efficiency by doing with transparency and fairly treatment to trading partners
  • Infrastructure development provides taking care, development and improvement in the significant working systems in the business to be up to date all the time in order to serve customers quickly, accurately and efficiently. The main supply chain of the organizational processes such as accounting and finance systems and other management system, etc.
